Guarantee/Warranty Details

All products supplied by carry manufacturers guarantee (unless otherwise stated) which covers faulty workmanship and Materials.

However, there is no cover for general wear and tear or damage.

Web Site

We take care to keep all details entered on to our web site up to date and correct.  However should

an error occur on description or pricing you will be notified before the despatch of your order.

Please note that the pictures of our products are given for guidance only with the description. You may get small variations between the picture, description from that which is supplied.

Where a picture includes items other than what the description dictates, this is for the purpose of Presentation and will not be included if not stated within the text of the Description. (if you are not sure about any aspect of our pictures or description, please contact us and we will be happy to clarify things for you)

Cancellations and Returns

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched  Please refer to our RETURNS

conditions if you need to return the item.

To cancel an order before despatch, please contact us with your full details and your order


To Return an Item

              (in perfect condition)


If your item is unwanted after receipt you must carry out the following instructions:

     Telephone us 01449781761 to inform us of your return  within seven days of receipt, where you will be

     given a RETURNS NUMBER.

     The item must be returned in the original packaging.The packaging must not be damaged

     in any way or written on. I.e. the item must be in a re-saleable condition)

     The item must then be returned with adequate packaging to ensure that we receive the item

     in good condition.  

     Please place your name and address on the outside of the packaged item ensuring that you

     also place the RETURNS NUMBER after your address.


 Please note that we cannot receive returned items after 30 days (from your request to return.)

Costs associated with the return of your item is your responsibility.

It is also your responsibility to make sure you return it to the correct address which is:-

Your return will be examined on receipt by us for any damage to the product or the packaging.

Your refund or exchange will apply once we are satisfied with the condition of the return and it’s

condition for Re-sale.

Damaged or lost returns are also your responsibility.  Returns should be mailed via an appropriate Courier as we do not accept any liability until the returns are in our possession.  If we receive your returns damaged,  It is your responsibility to pursue a claim with your chosen courier, and you will forfeit any refund if the item is not re-saleable.

If you wish to exchange your purchase for another item, this will incur another delivery charge standard to the item in question if purchased through the checkout procedure on our Web site.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock at the time of ordering from our web site, we can back order for you. We will contact you with the option to cancel or wait for the item to come in.  As far as possible we will give you an indication of how long the item should take to come in.

PayPal Security and Privacy  chooses PayPal because they protect your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.

When you use PayPal for your purchases your financial information is not shared with us at  (In other words absolutely NONE of your financial details are held on our web Site.)

If you do not already have a PayPal account, please sign up for one when you reach CHECKOUT, its very quick and  costs you nothing and can save you time in the future when purchasing from Triton Woodworking or indeed any other Web site that uses PayPal.

Once your payment is complete, you will be e-mailed a receipt by PayPal for your transaction.
