Charges and Delivery
Our carriage charges are as follows, low value items of large/awkward size or heavy weight may cost more but this will show at checkout where you can continue or cancel your order. For delivery outside of UK Mainland please ask for cost email@example.com
VAT@ U.K. current rates is inclusive on all orders except for non-European Union deliveries or deliveries to VAT registered companies in the European Union, other than the United Kingdom.
Once your order has reached us you should receive your order within three to five working days.
If you require your purchase sooner (subject to stock) this will accrue an extra cost. Please
contact us for details.
For all orders outside the United Kingdom Mainland, please e mail firstname.lastname@example.org for delivery rates.
Refusing a Delivery
If you refuse a delivery from us, we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of sending the
Item, plus the return charges.
If you refuse an order from us (without our knowledge) and it is lost in transit on return, you will
be liable for this and we cannot refund the value of the goods.
Delivery While Out.
For non-delivered goods that are returned to us (because the customer is not available on delivery),
the returns charge will be deducted from the customers refund for the goods.
PLEASE NOTE that couriers will normally make more than one attempt to deliver your goods, and will normally leave a card for your goods to be collected from their depot for up to 30 days.
Collection of Order
Alternatively you may arrange with us to collect your order, in which case there will be no carriage charge.
