Don’t you wish sometimes you could design the perfect power tool for your needs! Well that’s just how the new TRB001 was developed. Designed by woodworkers for woodworkers! From the ground up, the Multi-Award Winning TRB001 has been the benchmark in professional Routers around the world since its release. Key features range from a powerful 2000W/3.25HP soft start electronically controlled motor that automatically maintains speed under load, to side mounted cooling vents that ensure minimal sawdust entering the motor housing when mounted upside down in a router table. The best ideas are often the simplest and the 3 stage pre-set height adjustment system is a perfect example of this. It only takes seconds to remove the plunge return spring which then allows for easy lifting and adjustment of the machine when mounted in a router table. One of the most significant features of this machine is its ability to switch from a conventional plunge router to a fixed base mode router with rack and pinion height adjustment with a simple turn of the dial. Safety has also been carefully considered, especially where bit changes are concerned. The automatic spindle lock will only engage when the power switches safety cover is closed, ensuring the tool cannot be switched on during this procedure. Add to that the unique feature of changing cutters above the router table with one spanner and now height adjust with winder handle above the table.

Triton Dual Mode Precision Router MOF001

Built on the back of the multi award-winning TRB001, the MOF001 has come into it’s own since its release, winning many prestigious awards from around the globe. Utilising a compact, precision motor allowed this unit to be built into a more compact housing to accommodate those wanting a router equally suited to hand-held use. The MOF001 is, however, fitted with the same quick-fit pins located in the base to allow rapid fitment to the mounting plate, making it more than capable of performing in the Triton RTA300 router table. Using the removable height winder handle fitted through the top of the router table, full range micro height adjustments can be made. Also incorporates all the popular features found in the TRB001.

Triton Compact Precision Router JOF001

Triton introduces the newest member to the Award Winning range of professional Routers, the JOF001 Compact Precision Plunge Router. Incredibly Triton engineers and design teams have managed to put nearly all of the same features of it’s 2 bigger brothers MOF001 and TRB001 in this lightweight machine. Weighing in at just 4.3kgs (9.47lbs) and combined with its compact design the JOF001 is the perfect machine for all your free-hand work. The soft start feature ensures that you maintain complete control as the machine powers up. The infinite depth control throughout the plunge range allows for precise measurement of depth of cut to the workpiece. The 3 position turret would have to be the quickest and easiest method of setting common depth settings with great accuracy, and the almost fully enclosed lower section by the transparent dust guard is easily connected to a dust extraction system for increased visibility of the work area whilst providing a dust free environment. This in turn produces a better finish to the workpiece. Though designed primarily for free-hand use, the extensive features of the JOF001 ensure that table work is catered for beginning with the “above the table height winding” feature which making fine tuning of depth setting a breeze with the included height winder handle.
